It was released in Japan on October 21, 2015, for Android devices and iOS on October 28, 2015. It was released in North America on March 24, 2016, 2016 in Hong Kong and March 30, 2017 in Europe.
However, as of May 31, 2018, the servers for the game's American, European, and Chinese releases have been discontinued, but the Japanese servers remain active.
